Join me for the Expect Miracles Foundation (EMF) Distance Challenge, an eight-day virtual, global event running May 12–19, and let’s turn movement into momentum against cancer. You can run, walk, bike, or do any activity that gets you moving.Most importantly, this challenge makes a direct impact: 100% of every participant-raised dollar supports EMF’s mission because event costs are covered by generous sponsors. Since 1995, EMF has awarded over $25 million for cancer research and financial assistance—fueling breakthroughs in early detection, prognosis, drug resistance, and metastatic disease, and providing critical support through EMF’s SAMFund for young adult survivors (ages 21–39) to cover essentials like housing, transportation, education, and family-building costs.
