I wanted to share something meaningful I’m participating in this year—something that’s deeply personal to me. Too many of my family members and close friends have been impacted by cancer, and I’ve seen firsthand the toll it takes on individuals and the people who love them. I’m doing this in support of them, and in the hope that we don’t lose any more people to this disease.

Along with my team at Commonwealth Financial Network, I’m taking part in the Expect Miracles Foundation (EMF) Distance Challenge, a virtual, worldwide event that brings people together to support young adults affected by cancer.

From May 12–19, 2026, participants across the globe will move—walking, running, biking, or however they choose—to make a difference. The goal this year is to raise $1.7 million to support cancer research and financial assistance programs for young adult cancer survivors.

I’m reaching out to ask for your support. Every donation, no matter the size, helps EMF provide critical resources and hope to young people navigating life during and after cancer. Your generosity truly makes an impact—and it means so much to me to have your encouragement as I take on this challenge.
