Riding for Cancer Research - 100% of every participant-raised dollar goes to EMF’s mission.

Cancer research is very near and dear to my heart! I've lost multiple important people in my family to various forms of cancer, and I know many others personally that are currently fighting. The amazing company I work for (SS&C Technologies) has formed a team to support the Expect Miracles Foundation through fundraising, and I may not walk, run, or bike.... but I do have horses to ride so I am joining up!

I have committed to riding 20 miles (with the help of my equine partners, Zee and JR, of course!) May 13th - May 20th. Please consider supporting us to help meet our fundraising goal of $1,000 for this awesome cause!

If you'd like to go the extra mile (pun intended ;) ) , you can also join the SS&C & Friends team and walk, run, bike, ride (or something else!) to find a cure!

Intro - Meet JR!

Friday 2nd May
Hi, Everyone! My name is JR. Zee doesn't like to go slow and loves to play in the mud, but I like to stay clean (I LOVE getting groomed!) and take my time. Feeding time is my favorite... big boys gotta eat! Since I'm so good at being pretty, Miss Whitney is borrowing me from my mom this year so we can ride in horse shows together. I need to move a lot to stay strong for showing, so I will be helping Miss Whitney ride 20 miles in 7 days!

Friday 2nd May
Hi, my name is Zee! As a retired racehorse, I love to go fast! I would run for hours if my mom would let me, but she gets tired way before I do. But she gives me cookies and scratches my mane, so I guess it's ok that we do other stuff to! I'm looking forward to the extra ride time to get my mom to her goal of 20 miles in 7 days!
