Brick Session to Hit My Goal

Saturday 16th May
Long cycle at 41.7km followed by a quick, 15-minute recovery run of 1.7km for a total of 43.4km for the day.

This, plus a 6km run yesterday brings my total for the week to 83.4km, exceeding my goal of 75km!

3 more days of the challenge, let's see if I can hit an all time high of 100km for the week.

Thursday 14th May
Biking and swimming on days 1 and 2 to kick-off the challenge. Nearly halfway to my distance and fundraising goals!
