By participating in the Expect Miracles (social) Distance Challenge event (the “Event”), participants acknowledge and understand that neither Expect Miracles Foundation, its officers, directors and employees, nor other challenge hosts and sponsors shall be held responsible for any injuries or medical expenses that may be incurred while participating in the Event.

Consent to participate implies understanding of risk of possible injury, and individuals shall accept full responsibility for this possibility.

Participants shall further acknowledge that the event hosts have no accident insurance policy to cover medical costs that participants might incur as a result of an individual's participation in this event.

The event hosts advise that individuals carry their own insurance policies and to ensure that said policy covers injuries that may be incurred during participation in this Event.

By participating, individuals acknowledge that they have no physical condition or injury that might affect their participation in the event. By agreeing below, participant accepts this waiver of liability policy.

I grant Expect Miracles Foundation the right to use any photos I submit as part to this event for social media or marketing.

Through participating, and agreeing to this waiver, I opt in to receive event related texts and emails. Should I chose to opt out, I can do so via the text message or email, or I can email distancechallenge@expectmiraclesfoundation.org.

I accept the waiver agreement.
